My username is Beatbookie. I have been playing on FullTilt since February of 2005. I am writing to you for the third time regarding a withdrawal request that you have processed incorrectly.
Since joining FullTilt, I have made all of my deposits using Neteller and nothing else. I have requested numerous withdrawals and they have always been credited back into my Neteller account with no problems.
However, on 09/14/2005, I requested a withdrawal of $282 and that money is not in my Neteller account yet. The transfer # is 0013EBEB. When I check my cashier account history, that transaction is showing up as a type "Optimal". All other transactions show a type of "Neteller". What exactly is "Optimal" and when will I get my money??
I am very disappointed with the customer service so far. I really like the software and think that FullTilt is in a good position to become a major player in the online poker industry, but I am starting to change my opinion based upon the lack of customer service that I have received.
As I have stated, this is my third email to support and to cashier, and I have not heard back from anyone. Even a simple email to tell me that someone is looking into the situation would be helpful.
Over the past few months, the majority of my play has been shifted to FullTilt Poker. However, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere if this matter is not resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, I will do my best to warn other players against playing there through posting in poker forums and poker blogs.
Please respond to my email to tell me why my withdrawal was processed differently this time and when and how I can get my money.
Sincerely,
Beatbookie |

The folks at Full Tilt took care of this issue within an hour of me posting the information here. They have restored my faith....I just wish they would institute live phone support soon. It's nice to be able to call and speak to someone about an issue rather than have to rely on emails to communicate.
By the way, they made it all better with a bonus $100! |

It's good to hear that customer support is coming around. I know that a lot of people on FTP complain about the lack of response and I'm glad FTP took care of you. It's too bad you had to wait so long for a resolution.
Thank you for writing such an eloquent post. |
