I recently made a couple of deposit to my account for $1,000 each. On each occassion my card was charged twice. I now have a credit card bill for $4,000 and only $2,000 in my Full Tilt Account. I have waited a week to see if they were going to correct the problem but haven't heard anything. Has this happened to anyone else and any suggestions on who to contact and how to get a prompt response. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the phone number as I was unaware that a phone number existed, however, they indicated that they were unable to assist me and the only way to resolve the issue is to e-mail. I sent two e-mails earlier today, but have yet to get a response. How long does it usually take to get a response? Any other suggestions on how to best handle this. Should I call my credit card company to challenge the charges?

Similair happened to me on Stars a while ago. Suggest you send a screenshot of your cashier history and a scan of your cc bill to both ftp support and your cc company. Mark the email URGENT PLEASE RESPOND ASAP and be as polite and specific as possible.

Admittedly stars support >> ftp support but my issue was resolved in less than 48 hours.

I have also been charged twice in the last couple of days, luckily only for small amounts. Have sent numerous emails and the only response ive had is that there busy at the moment. Funny how there never to be busy to deal with a query about depositing money!!!!
