Hello all.
I just wanted some advice about people who chase cards.
I tried to limit the amount in higher limit razz .10/.20 then .50/1
I usually play at .5/.10 stakes.
But I lost a considerable amount of money trying to play and having people catch ace after ace on seventh street when i already usually had one.
With 2 outs in the deck and at least 15+ losses to the same exact scenario what is a Razz player to do?
Comments are very much Appreciated
Thank you in Advance. |

Well, Razz is a drawing game and often by the time you get to 5th street you have the odds to continue drawing vs. a good number of made hands. The higher you play the thinner it gets actually(although .5/1 is still considered micro's). You have much less fold equity as people will play marginal spots more aggressively because they generally have a better grasp of their overall equity.
Usually when they are catching that ace, it's rarely the only card they need.
Post hands that you have questions/curious about. The error's aren't always on the villains part. |

| i am agreed, if you are chasin your hand to your seventh card . . most of the players in probably already have there hand that they are happy with and that ace they are catchin is just icing on the cake |

| Don't forget that FTP re-arranges the down cards from highest to lowest when they reveal them at the showdown and also in the hand review. Chances are good that they already had that winning card. Also, there will be alot of chaotic and irrational play at that level, for all sorts of reasons. |
