i usually use the "note" feature to make a quick little note about how the guy is a total douche bag who played 2-9 out of position after facing a raise preflop - and then after missing and checking the flop - still called a raise -- then caught a crazy runner runner to make a hand... and then proceed to curse him out with every foul word in the dictionary in the private notes... somehow telling the person off in the "note" box, makes me feel much better... Smile

as a pp said, I also try to remind myself how I really do WANT 2-9 os to call every, single time I have a dominating hand... 2-9 os will pay you off more than it won't... 2-9 os (in the right hands) makes the poker world go 'round...

I just chuckle at the inprobability of my hand being beat and conclude that I'm on a bad streak. Then I just continue playing like nothing's ever happened. If there weren't any variance in poker, the game wouldn't be fun to play. To experience that good feeling on winning a big pot, you first got to expierence that gut wreching experience of getting beat. Beat bad.

Good luck. Wink

Remember back to the time that you crushed that MTT... and sucked out hard once yourself along the way.

If you never get bad beat, you're not getting your chips in good enough, often enough... and if you never ever suck out, then you're either way too passive or more likely: you're just lying Wink
