| i just started playing and want to make a withdraw from my account but im having trouble how do i make a withdraw? i press cashier then withdraw and i dont get any options |

I've never done a bank transfer, but for checks you need to send in proof of identity. I just took digital picture of my drivers license and a bill, then e-mailed it to FT.
I don't think check withdrawal will show up as an option until you do this. |

hi don
did you manage to get your money, as i still cant get mine. i have $53.50 and the check facility is $100 minimum
i hope you have got your money, just wondering if you or anyone can giv me advice
i use a visa debit card, what a surprise but i dont have any issues depositing...lol |

| are the ways on the cashier the only ways to withdraw money? there is no way i am faxing my driver's liscence information. way too easy for identity theft. why cant we just withdraw the money to the card we used to deposit? |

| Because they dont know know who cards or who has it.. I could have stolen your card and known your account login name/email or whatever.. and get your money and it not being you.. They do it for security reasons.. |
