do u call a re-raise from a super aggressive opponent. with a medium holding like k-8 or wait for a premium like ak or aq maybe kq, kj?
should i be calling an unknown opponents raises with medium holding?
how do u play a super aggressive opponent heads up vs an average aggressive opponent.
recently ive been finding my self folding in a lot of spots i think i should of called but blinds kill my stack |

MIX IT UP! let them raise every time, pick your your spots and go over the top, or smooth call with the nuts let them get greedy and take thier money. for sure call the mediocre hands, just dont put all of your money in the middle unless you have a made hand.
ONE of my favorite strategies is running the clock, usualy an aggressive player is also a fast player, although i like to also play fast, i find it useful to run the clock down to the last seconds. THIS will piss off a fast/aggressive player real fast and throw him off of his game! THEY HATE IT!
as far as hand selection goes the majority of the time your probably calling his raises with two live cards, its up to you to choose your battles! |
