For the longest time I was the smarmy poster that answered complaints about customer service failings by truthfully telling them that I always received a response with 24hours. I also was quick to add that I received my withdrawal cheques within 15 business days and not one of the dozen or so that I cashed ever came with a problem. No longer....
I have now been waiting 15 plus business days for two $2,500 cheques and my very polite and professionally written email to FT (yes, to the correct department) has yet to receive a response going on now 72 hours (or even an acknowledgement for that matter). For shame, FT, for shame..... |

Still waiting on the two cheques, but today I did get an email acknowledging my earlier email and apologizing for not being able to give me an answer yet because of an unprecedented level of requests. Still in the same position, obviously, but at least I now know that they know I am alive.
Just a suggestion, but how about all the FT Pro owners kick in 1 per cent of their quarterly draw to hire as many customer service reps as that money can buy. It can only help FT do well in the long run.... |
