Villain is runnin 96/80 over a rather small sample but def seem in a hurry to get rid of all his $$. He's either on major tilt or has too much $$ on his hands and figures the people at the table are better to donate 2 than charity. Either way that is why everyone is liming in at FR. I have only played one other hand in the past couple of orbits so assume I have a fairly tight image. Is trying to iso aginst the maniac and pick up the extra $$ assuming the other couple of callers fold a good idea with my hand?

I think I fold this one to the 8.50 BB raise followed by two calls. But you got heads up with the guy who you read as a maniac with dead money in there.... which is good. But you're pretty much playing a two card hand AcKc. 9d isn't a bad card but it doesn't really help your hand much. And the 4h is useless. And you're against a guy who you know isn't going to fold based on your read.
This one seems a little reckless to me. (I'm still thinking about 1 and 2).

| I'm just gonna reply to this one and give a bit more detail but leav the others as is to wait for more replies. Bassically I think calling in what is at least a 4 way pot at this point is not really in option because as you point out my hand is not really all that strong and the other 2 callers actually seem like to of the tighter players. Therfore I am unlikely to be able to get them to make a big mistake if i do hit big on the flop, and I'm not that deep anyway. But for that same reason I was fairly certain they would fold if I was the one to shove because if they had a real hand they would have 4 bet after his anticipated raise to try and isolate because no hand is ever strong enough in plo to want to see a multi way pot if you can avoid it. So all that said I am still really looking to see whether playing AKs in Omaha against another random 4 cards is a good idea. As you said I am almost certain the other guy calls no matter what he has, so do I want to get it in with a hand like this against such a player? |

I know you are eager to get in some pots with this guy before he busts/gets bored/leaves, but I do not think this is the optimal time. I wouldn't even limp with this hand here. Even if you have a tight image, you said everyone is limping in already. It's going to be common where someone is limping AAxx/KKxx/etc/big wraps and will not give up to your pressure. I also think UTG+2's stack is not favorable to get it in there. He has already limp called an 8.5x raise for 1/5 of his stack. I think this guy just sticks it in here too much to make this a good play.
Fold and wait for a better spot to trap. |

| you're only 52% against 4 random cards. that's not much of an edge. when you consider how badly this hand does in a multiway pot, the chance that someone else picks up a decent hand and comes along with you has to make this a pretty bad spot. i wouldn't even limp since he is basicaly always going to raise. |
