Here is some general information that may help you with your deposits at FTP:
First off, Instant E-Check is the best, especially for those of us in the U.S.
If you cannot or are not willing to use a bank account here is some information on credit cards and pre-paid cards:
The majority of Master Card transactions are declined; Visa is better option.
Prepaid Visa cards such as the Silver Visa All-Access gift card work great however, they must be good for international transactions. Typically cards purchased at Wal-Mart and Walgreens don’t work.
If you are going to use a pre-paid card it's beneficial to you to register the card under the same name that you use for FTP. There should be a website listed on the card you purchase that enables you to do this.
Finally, there can always be specific issues to your account in which case you will have to contact support.
