i didnt said someone was bad i said ur mathematic wanst good cauz u were including in ur equation that he could be on any **** like A-x wich is more likely unprobable

More or less "unprobable" than unprobable being a real word? |

Do you know what a 4bet pot is?
I'll give you a hint: the hand we are talking about has one, the hands you are talking about don't.
I'll give you another hint: it matters. |

then maybe you should try playing post flop instead of trying to put all in
with AK preflop on a cash game
here proof... i didnt get funny with my AK preflop and dodged AA easy
https://www.pokertableratings.com/replayer/index.php?site=fulltilt&id=13184213829&hash=1827896912
and i didnt fold cauz of the shortstack all in i folded cauz i knew the small reraise pre flop + check flop miniraise on turn was a big hand
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Ys61MN6RTI&feature=related
you could learn a lot from jimmy gold it has been raise reraised and rereraised pre flop and still he fold
with a much more better hand than ace high but u probaly think that he should have called |

Multiway 3 Bet Pot at 2nl is not the same as a HU 4 Bet pot at 25nl.
No-one in your sample hand played it well.
You don't know Mr Gold well enough to call him "Jimmy". |

| I'd be really surprised if Jamie Gold turned out to be better at poker than nilgiri, so using him as an example might not be such a great idea imo. |

wow this thread is still going.
I am fascinated by both the highs and lows of this thread and the existence of both so close together. |

| If you could get jimmy to play HU with us that'd be pretty great too. |

Same, and I'm so glad the real strategy discussion came to an end before the other stuff started. |

If you are good at poker, you can win the main event.
The converse isn't true. Just because you win the main event doesn't mean that you're good at poker. |

| If you mean the AK this thread is about, you can find my opinion on page 1. I must warn you though, I'm not really really good at texas hold 'em. |
