do you use your 1 rebuy right at the beginning? Or do u just try to build a stack off the initial buy in, take a lot more chances and if necessary use your rebuy? I can see it both ways haven't played a lot of these so I was wondering what people with more experience thought.

rebuy at the start and kick butt. The experts will say that is most effective in the long run.

Rebuy to begin with. Most other people will do that too, and the ones that do not do that can be taken advantage of just because you can bully them.

these are basically a deepstack tournament. I think too many players play them like a normal rebuy which is wrong IMO.
Playing patient and tight will help you maximise your initial rebuy so altho you dont play as may hands as "rebuy" players you are almost certain to get paid off when you have a monster. |

Yeah always take all available rebuys immediately in 1r1a or 2r1a tourneys, you're turning down easy equity if you don't.
